When will my order arrive? We offer one flat rate for delivery - Tracked 48h with Royal Mail. All orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order please email us at hello@hugosfavourites.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Is all the packaging recyclable? As a company, we're dedicated to creating a better world (especially for dogs!) and we believe that starts with caring for the environment that we live in. That's why we use only recyclable materials for all of our packaging, and we're constantly seeking ways to minimise our impact on the planet. Please remove the labels before you recycle the pouches.
What do you mean by "no fillers and no nasties"? We're proud to say that all of our dog treats contain a high amount of protein and ingredients that you can understand. A lot of brands you can find in the supermarket are full of cereals, artificial colours and artificial flavours that bring no nutritional value to your dog.
You're sold out of the product I want, when will you get it back in stock? We're sorry to hear that the product you're looking for is currently sold out. We're working hard to restock it as soon as possible, and we encourage you to sign up to our newsletter so you hear about new launches and re-stock. In the meantime, we have a range of other products that we think your pup will love, so why not try something new?
Are your dog treats suitable for all dogs? Our dog treats are formulated to be a healthy and tasty for dogs of all ages and breeds. Always grain free and air dried. We also offer "novel proteins" like kangaroo, lamb, goat and duck. However, if your dog has allergies or specific dietary health concerns, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian or canine nutritionist before introducing new proteins into their diet.
How should I store your dog treats? To ensure the freshness and quality of our dog treats, we recommend keeping them in their re-sealable bag and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I share your dog treats with my cat? Cats have different nutritional needs and may not find our dog treats as appetising as your dog does. However, our chicken slices in particular have proven pretty popular with some cats. Plus, who knows what kind of mischief they'll get up to if they start hanging out together!
